How will I receive DMINT common shares and Class A shares?

OLB will deliver 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares and Class A shares to the distribution agent. Transfer Online, Inc. will serve as distribution agent in connection with the Spin-Off Distribution and as transfer agent and registrar for DMINT common shares and Class A shares.
